APPEEL activities are directed by Lincoln Professor Caroline Turner, statewide Coordinator.
APPEEL brings Fellows and ideas together through a variety of learning opportunities (such as seminars, guest lectures, informal discussions, site visits, skill development workshops) and through electronic networking and information sharing. Fellows will also conduct projects related to the program focus on the nexus of policy, ethics and educational leadership. Completed projects will aim to have an applied impact for the betterment of educational opportunities for our state’s children, youth, and adults.
